These terms govern your use of the websites, applications and services operated by PayPe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("PayPe", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using any PayPe service, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
PayPe provides:
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your sign-in credentials and API secrets confidential. API secrets are shown once and stored by us only as one-way hashes — we cannot recover them, and we will never ask you for one.
Tell us immediately at admin@paype.co.in if you believe your account or keys have been compromised. We will suspend access and reissue credentials.
If you use PayPe to collect payments, you agree to:
You may not use PayPe for unlawful activity, or for any category prohibited by our payment partner or by applicable regulation. This includes, without limitation, unlicensed gambling, unregulated financial products, narcotics, counterfeit goods, and any transaction designed to disguise the origin of funds. We may decline or reverse any transaction we reasonably believe breaches this clause.
Subscription fees and payment processing rates are set out in your order form or rate card. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Processing fees are deducted as agreed with your settlement.
We may revise fees with 30 days' written notice. If you do not accept a revision, you may terminate before it takes effect.
We work to keep our services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance will be notified where practical. Payment processing depends on our gateway partner, banks and the UPI network, and interruptions in those systems are outside our control.
PayPe retains all rights in its software, brand and documentation. You retain all rights in your own data and in applications you generate using PayPe AI Builder — you may export and use that code freely, including commercially.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify PayPe against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the services, or disputes between you and your own customers.
You may cancel a subscription at any time; see our Refund Policy for what that means financially.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by our payment partner or a regulator, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. Where practical we will give notice first. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in your dashboard at least 15 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the services after that date means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the grievance process below.
In accordance with applicable Indian law, complaints may be addressed to our grievance officer, who will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
